Frequently Asked Questions

We use New Zealand Post to ship all products. 

Please allow 2 Days for us to get product ready then 5 Days for delivery.

We use Courier or on small items, Post, but it's best to give them a day or two more.

You will get a tracking number unless specified that it is usual post. 

If your product has not been delivered by end of five days please get in touch.

We comply with the Commerce Commission Rules and Regulations

However if you change your mind we can not offer refund.

Sizes vary everywhere. If you need more info please use the Contact page to get in touch and we will assist as much as we can to ensure right size.
